Simple, beautiful and delicious!


Serves 4

2 large fresh mozzarella balls, sliced

12 fresh basil leaves

12 oven roasted canned tomatoes (Get the recipe here.)

4 tablespoons pesto (you can use store bought)


  1. Layer mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes on plates.
  2. Top with some pesto.

TIP:

 If it’s hard to stack them, you can always place a wooden skewer in each.
