I know that the lilacs are long gone most parts now but this way of making a wreath can be used by any trees that has lots of leafs and are a bit soft.

You need about 6-8 good branches and some thin metal wire.

  1. Start by overlapping two branches and fasten them together with the wire.
  2. Then add another branch and fasten.
  3. Fasten the last branch to the first so you get a wreath.
  4. Then braid some of the smaller branches in and out of the wreath, so that it looks full.
